LC II 240 ARGB and b650 plus wifi argb problem

Hello, I am facing a very strange problem. I have an Asus B650 Plus WiFi motherboard and a TUF LC ii 240 ARGB liquid cooler. I change the lighting of my liquid cooler from the Armory application. But no matter what I do, I see that the ARGB light on the cooler block is moving by itself. Even if I set it to solid red mode. The ARGB LED on the top left of the block is working in Rainbow mode. Whenever i open the case and disconnect the ARGB cable of the cooling block and reconnect it, it adapts to the system. When I restart the computer, Armory realizes that it is not a fan and starts giving an error again. Can someone please tell me why this is happening? Thanks. https://youtube.com/shorts/iWGiZbZ6LVA?si=Aeedik6dQ06nQSR0

Hi @Ss43rfsa ,

Thank you for contacting ASUS support.

We understand that you are experiencing issues with controlling the ARGB lighting on your TUF LC ii 240 ARGB liquid cooler. To better assist you, we would like to clarify a few points:

  1. When did the issue start: When did this issue start happening? Was it present right from the start after installation, or did it start later on?
  2. Hardware connection: Please ensure that the liquid cooler is correctly connected to your motherboard and all connection cables are securely fastened.
  3. Armoury Crate detection: Can Armoury Crate detect your liquid cooler? Please check if the liquid cooler is displayed correctly in the software.
  4. Lighting effects: Regardless of the lighting effects you set in Armoury Crate, the liquid cooler's lights do not display correctly, right? Have you enabled the Aura Sync function?
  5. Log file: To further investigate the issue, please record an Armoury Crate log file that captures the entire process of the lighting not working correctly.

The logs contain detailed information about the software's operation and can help the team identify the problem.
Please ensure that the logs accurately record the occurrence of the issue.
Here are the steps to collect Armoury Crate logs:
Please refer to Q5: What is APP Diagnostics? (New Feature)
https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1043747/#a14
Once you have completed the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and send us the link via private message.
Also, please provide us with your product serial number.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Providing detailed device specifications (MB/CPU/GPU/PSU, etc.) and the respective driver versions, OS version, and BIOS version will help us analyze the issue more effectively.
