Hello,
I am currently experiencing a major issue with my ASUS RYUO IV.
Initially, everything was working perfectly. However, after replacing my drive with an NVMe SSD and performing a clean Windows installation, the AIO is no longer detected by InfoHub.
Motherboard: ASUS X670E (BIOS up to date – latest available version)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9800X3D
Operating System: Clean Windows installation
I then attempted to update the firmware using the latest version of InfoHub, but without success.
The update process remains stuck indefinitely:
the AIO screen displays a looping GIF,
the update does not progress,
and the device is not detected by InfoHub.
To rule out a connection issue:
I changed the internal USB header used by the AIO screen,
I also connected the screen’s USB cable directly to a motherboard USB port,
with no improvement.
At this point, I am completely stuck.
Additional information:
I attempted to install firmware version 1.0.9, but downgrading is not possible.
I also tried using InfoHub version 0.74, but the installation always freezes at the end, with no feedback or progress.
I have carefully verified multiple times that all drivers are fully up to date, both via Armoury Crate and Windows Update.
I am attaching all requested files for further investigation.
