Asus Ryuo III 360 screen does not turn on at all

Hi my AIO (Ryuo III 360) screen does not turn on at all, the pump and fans are working OK.

I recently swapped over from AM4 to AM5 and initially after posting the screen worked, then after installing various drivers and restarting the PC the screen then stopped working.

Windows 11 detects the AIO in device manager but armory crate errors out when I try and select in the available devices:

I have tried reseating the USB 2.0 connection, tried another port, uninstalling and reinstalling armoury crate and nothing seems to work.

Below is my system info 
GPU is a 4090
