ASUS Rog Ryujin III 360 LCD - Error screen N/A

Since last weeks I’m having this error: LCD screen shows wrong temperatures in form of “N/A”. Always was working fine for me idk what happening.

- i9 14900K.

- RTX ASUS Astral 5090.

- ASUS Maximus Z790 Apex Encore. 

VRM, DRIM transmissor, RAM temperature… all N/A but works fine in App Armoury Crate.

To accurately diagnose the situation and provide assistance, we would like to confirm the following information:

  1. When did this issue begin? Have you recently updated any software or hardware drivers?
  2. If you try to re-plug or reinstall the components, does the issue still persist?
  3. Would you be able to provide a photo of the error message for our reference?
  4. Kindly provide the Armoury Crate log file for our technical team's analysis.

The log files contain detailed information about the software's operation, which can help our backend team identify the issue. 
Please ensure that the logs accurately capture the moment the issue occurs. (Please enable logging, perform the problematic operation once, and then package the logs.)

After completing the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service and provide the link along with the approximate time and method of operation via private messege for our analysis. 
Also, please provide your product serial number.

Ich habe ähnliches Problem mit der ROG Ryujin III 360 ARGB Extreme nach einem Firmwareupdate.

1. Display bleibt schwarz, wenn nan aus dem ausgeschalteten Zustand den PC startet.
Problem kann nur kurzfristig gelöst werden, wenn das Display in Armoury Crate auf Ausschalten gestellt wird und man den Stecker kurz vom USB-Port zieht und wieder ein steckt und in Armoury Crate wieder Display einschaltet.

2. Display hängt sich auf, wenn man den Urzeitmodus aktiviert und danach PC ausschaltet. Die Urzeit stimmt dann auch nicht, sie geht eine Stunde zurück. Startet man PC wieder bleibt Display weiter hängen und lässt sich auch nicht mehr über Armoury Crate steuern.
