Hello,
Yesterday, Armoury Crate received an ASUS Framework update, which I installed successfully. After completing the update, I shut down my PC completely and went to sleep.
When I woke up and turned on my PC, I noticed that the LCD screen on my AIO cooler stayed black and wasn’t working. I restarted the PC, but the issue persisted. Then, I shut down the computer, unplugged and reconnected all the cables of the cooler — unfortunately, that didn’t fix it either.
Interestingly, when I turned off the power supply switch and held the power button for about 30 seconds, the LCD screen turned on and the animation appeared. However, once I switched the power supply back on, the screen went black again and stopped working.
To try fixing the issue, I used the Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool to completely remove the software, then reinstalled Armoury Crate after rebooting the PC — but the problem still remains.
I also tried turning the cooler’s LCD display off and on again from within the Armoury Crate software, as well as changing the animation, but none of these attempts worked.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
