I have ROG Strix LC III 360 model liquid cooling. I use this liquid cooling with Asus ROG Strix B650e-e motherboard and 7900x3d processor.
In the technical specifications of the product, it is stated that the pump speed operates in the range of 800-2800rpm.
When I calibrate the fans from the QFAN menu in BIOS, there are settings options such as Standard-Silent-Turbo and Manual in Pump speed.
Which of these should I choose or at what speed should I set the pump?
Do I need to use it at full speed?
Or should I choose a profile that changes as the temperature increases, from low speed to high speed?
