Thank you for providing us with the detailed information. In order to better understand the issue you're experiencing with the automatic CPU fan adjustment in Fan Xpert 4, we kindly request that you provide us with the Armoury Crate logs for further analysis.
Before providing the logs, please ensure the following:
- Software Version: Please make sure you have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Armoury Crate using the official Uninstall tool, and that your ROG Ryujin III 360 ARGB version is up-to-date.
- Log Recording: Please ensure that you reproduce the issue while log recording is enabled (start logging > use ROG Ryujin III 360 ARGB > enable Fan Xpert 4 > perform automatic CPU fan adjustment > stop logging). This will help us pinpoint the exact issue.
How to collect Armoury Crate logs:

Once you have completed the above steps, please upload the collected log files to a cloud storage service (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and send us the sharing link via private message.
