Armoury crate fan expert 4 ai cooling test keeps hanging at 31%

I have a main gear rush 13900k z790 mb and I'm running at cooler master aio. I'm running the AI overclocking and AI cooling features that armoury crate provide. When I go into fan expert 4 I'm pressing reset and running the AI cooling test but it keeps failing and hanging up at either 14% or 31%, I'm leaving in on there at least 10 minutes with the fans throttled and it never completes. This test has never taken this long before, what ami doing wrong? I have restarted the app and the PC several times to see if can get it to complete. How long should this test take on everage and is there anything I can do? Thank you for your time and reply.

This section is for ROG AIOs.

I would firstly;

1. Clear CMOS, leave system at Optimised Defaults (Do not enable XMP overclocking)

2. Ensure that no other vendor or third-party tools are open and polling the fans.

Retest.
